Booking Terms

Reservations are confirmed through WhatsApp communication. We will confirm availability and rates before finalizing your booking. No deposit is required to hold your reservation.

Payment

Full payment is due at check-in. We accept USD or EUR cash. Card payments are available with a 3.5% processing fee. MVR cash may be accepted but exchange rates are usually less favorable.

Cancellation

We understand plans change. Please contact us to adjust your dates. No penalties for reasonable changes.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are arranged directly with us. Message us on WhatsApp with your arrival details and we'll confirm the best timing for your stay.

Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property and respecting local island etiquette. Please treat Maafolhey as you would your own home.
