These are rates for the entire home and include 10% service charge and 17% TGST. Green Tax is separate. If a stay crosses rate bands, the estimator prices each date at the applicable rate and applies the complimentary nights to the lower-priced eligible nights.
The festive rate overrides the normal monthly rate from 24 December through 5 January. The estimator provides a price estimate; WhatsApp confirmation establishes availability and the final total.

Maafolhey is rented to one travelling party at a time. The booking includes two bedrooms, a private kitchen, living and dining space, a washing machine and Wi-Fi for up to six guests.
No breakfast or meal plan is included. Guests can prepare meals in the home, eat at island restaurants, or combine both. Housekeeping is provided throughout the stay. Routine housekeeping is every three days. Cleaning and linen changes are also available on request.

Everyday life is close by.
The kitchen means you never have to eat out. Ona-Noa is there for the nights you’d rather not cook, and Amsan Mart is close enough that picking up a forgotten ingredient only takes a short walk.

Ukulhas is reached by scheduled speedboat.
Allow around 90 minutes for the scheduled speedboat between Velana International Airport and Ukulhas. Some services can take longer depending on intermediate stops, weather and sea conditions.
A Maafolhey colleague assists with the scheduled transfer process at the airport. At Ukulhas harbour, a colleague meets the group, helps with luggage, escorts guests to Maafolhey and assists with check-in.
Transfer seats and Green Tax are separate from the accommodation estimate.
