These are rates for the entire home and include 10% service charge and 17% TGST. Green Tax is separate. If a stay crosses rate bands, the estimator prices each date at the applicable rate and applies the complimentary nights to the lower-priced eligible nights.
The festive rate overrides the normal monthly rate from 24 December through 5 January. The estimator provides a price estimate; WhatsApp confirmation establishes availability and the final total.

Maafolhey is rented to one travelling party at a time. The booking includes two bedrooms, a private kitchen, living and dining space, a washing machine and Wi-Fi for up to six guests.
No breakfast or meal plan is included. Guests can prepare meals in the home, eat at island restaurants, or combine both. Housekeeping is provided throughout the stay. Routine housekeeping is every three days. Cleaning and linen changes are also available on request.

The shop and the restaurant are a short walk.
The kitchen means you never have to eat out. Ona-Noa is there for the nights you’d rather not cook, and Amsan Mart is close enough that picking up a forgotten ingredient only takes a short walk.

Ukulhas is reached by scheduled speedboat.
Allow around 90 minutes for the scheduled speedboat between Velana International Airport and Ukulhas. Some services can take longer depending on intermediate stops, weather and sea conditions.
A Maafolhey colleague assists with the scheduled transfer process at the airport. At Ukulhas harbour, a colleague meets the group, helps with luggage, escorts guests to Maafolhey and assists with check-in.
Transfer seats and Green Tax are separate from the accommodation estimate.

Which stay lengths qualify for an offer?
Four exact lengths: stay 7 and pay for 6, stay 10 and pay for 8, stay 14 and pay for 11, stay 21 and pay for 17. The offer applies at that exact number of nights — a stay of 8 nights is priced as 8 nights, not as the 7-night offer plus one.
Does the offer apply per room or to the whole home?
To the whole home. Every offer covers the entire 2-bedroom home for up to 6 guests, including both bedrooms, the private kitchen, the living and dining space and the washing machine. Maafolhey is never sold room by room.
What does the nightly rate include?
The rate is for the entire home and already includes 10% service charge and 17% TGST. Green Tax and scheduled speedboat transfers are charged separately.
How much is Green Tax, and who pays it?
USD 6 per eligible guest per night, charged separately from the rate. Guests under two years old at check-in are exempt.
What do the speedboat transfers cost?
Scheduled speedboat transfers are charged per person each way: USD 50 per adult aged 11 and over, USD 25 per child aged 3 to 10, and infants under 3 travel free without a seat. Ukulhas is about 90 minutes from Velana International Airport.

No. The estimator gives you an accurate figure to plan against, but availability and the final total are confirmed by a person on WhatsApp. There is no online booking system — a real person checks the dates and replies.

No. The offers apply at those exact stay lengths and do not stack with each other or with any other offer.
