One booking includes both bedrooms, the private kitchen, the living and dining space and the washing machine. No other guest booking shares the house while you are here.

The sleeping plan
Both bedrooms are yours, every stay.
The house has 2 bedrooms and both belong to the same booking. Bedroom one has one double bed. Sleeps 2 by default. Air-conditioned, ensuite. Bedroom two has one queen bed and one single bed. Sleeps 3 by default. Air-conditioned, ensuite.
That combination works for a family, two couples, or a group of friends who would rather not share one room. For a sixth guest, the living room sofa (1 adult), or an extra mattress on request. A baby cot is available on request.
Bedroom one — one double bed, about 110 sq ft
Bedroom two — one queen bed and one single bed, about 175 sq ft
The shared space
The kitchen, dining and living space belong to your group.
These are not shared guest facilities. They are part of the house you have booked — one private place to cook, eat and sit together at the end of the day.
The kitchen has a stove, oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, and the equipment of a modern furnished home. No breakfast or meal plan is included — the kitchen means you can prepare meals here and use the island's restaurants and cafés when you would rather not.
The living room has a sofa, a TV, and a small fish tank. A courtyard opens off it, with a table, chairs and umbrella — and a larger fish tank sits outside near the patio seating.
The practical details
Laundry, housekeeping and Wi-Fi.
A washing machine is available in the house. Over a stay of more than a few days it changes what you need to pack, and it means a family is not carrying a fortnight of clothes.
Housekeeping is provided throughout the stay. Routine housekeeping is every three days. Cleaning and linen changes are also available on request.
Wi-Fi is available, with typical speeds around 5 Mbps — fine for browsing, messaging and light streaming. If a stay depends on heavy video calls or large uploads, check that this fits your needs.
Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom, 2 in total. Each has a hot and cold shower and a shower curtain. You will also find toilet tissue, shower gel, shampoo, bath towels and beach towels. Bed linens are provided in both bedrooms.
