Every rate on this page covers Maafolhey as one entire two-bedroom house for up to six guests. Nothing here is charged per room or per person.
The nightly rates include 10% service charge and 17% TGST. Green Tax and scheduled speedboat transfers are separate, and both are set out below.

Whole-house nightly rates
One nightly rate for the whole home, by month. Rates already include 10% service charge and 17% TGST.
Nightly rate in USD, by month
A stay that crosses two rate periods is priced night by night.
Each rate is for the entire home and includes 10% service charge and 17% TGST.
Direct-stay offers
Stay longer, pay for fewer nights.
Each offer applies to the exact stay length shown. If your dates cross more than one rate period, the complimentary nights are applied to the lower-priced eligible nights.
These offers are for standard stays. They do not combine with each other or with the separate 60-night stay.

Charged separately
- Green Tax: USD 6 per taxable guest per night. Children under two at check-in are exempt.
- Scheduled speedboat: USD 50 one way for adults aged 11 and over, USD 25 for children aged 3–10, free for infants aged 0–2.
- Food, diving, excursions and personal spending
The transfer age bands and the Green Tax exemption are two different rules. A child who has already turned two at check-in is not covered by the under-two Green Tax exemption, even though a younger child travels free on the boat.
Payment
Payment for standard stays
Reserve with no prepayment. Pay at check-in.
USD cash · EUR cash · Card
MVR cash is not accepted. A 3.5% processing fee applies only to card payments made on the card machine at the house — never to a bank transfer or a card payment made through a payment link.
Where you pay in EUR, we confirm the applicable conversion with you. No fixed EUR exchange rate is published in advance.
Before you reserve
Reserving without prepayment does not mean the reservation can be cancelled without charge. The cancellation charges are set out in full in our terms.

Two months? Stay 60 nights and pay for 50.
At the USD 150 reference rate, 60 nights would normally come to USD 9,000. The two-month stay includes 10 complimentary nights, so the accommodation total for the entire home is USD 7,500.
Green Tax, scheduled speedboat transfers, meals and personal spending remain separate. The two-month stay has its own payment arrangement — a 15% deposit of USD 1,125 — which is explained in full on its own page.
